Hector Alcázar, also known as the Butcher of Panama, was a Panamanian drug lord and a false antagonist of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. Throughout the majority of the game, he is believed to be the man who has set A Thief's End's events into motion, by supposedly threatening Samuel Drake into finding the lost treasure of Henry Avery for him. In reality, he has been dead since before the events of A Thief's End take place.
