We need to add some kind of general guideline on editor behavior, though I don't know if it should have teeth, or be a more general "Please be nice". Some of the things that should be mentioned are: * Never, ever use attacks (i.e., "retard", cussing, "you're a terrible person", etc.). If you have to be angry, attack the argument, not the person. * When leaving warnings, be dispassionate, and list only the offense. * Forget whatever else an editor has done when talking with them. If they've done something wrong before, then they should have gotten a warning, but don't hold a grudge against them and continue to mistreat them. (I know I've messed up on that one!)
