Graham Scott (born 1968) is an English football referee who primarily officiates in the Barclays Premier League. Scott joined the National List of referees in 2008 and officiated many important games, such as Crawley Town's stunning upset of Bolton in the Football League Cup 2012-13. In 2015, he was promoted to the Select Group of Referees, who officiate the matches in the Barclays Premier League, replacing longtime referee Chris Foy.
