Noreen was a hapless assistant at Miami Modes who begged Elsie Tanner for help when she was helping a stout woman into a frock that was too small for her and accidently got the woman herself caught in the zip. Mrs Dumbarton, the supervisor, stepped in and helped Noreen, all the while lecturing her about her mistake.
