Retsu Unohana's Minazuki was shown, it was one of the Zanpakutō's guarding Yamamoto. As for Isane's not every shinigamai had their zanpakutō spirit shown. Kenpachi, Yachiru, Nemu and others did not either. It is just how things happened.
