Since Game Update 05, any Nanite Systems items purchased as part of a bundle are available for other characters on the same account as well. Faction specific items are only available to other characters on the same faction (VS specific camouflage will only be available to VS characters, not NC characters, for instance). Bundles can only be purchased using Station Cash.
