The Ripley-Huron Fire Department is one of two fire services in the Township of Huron-Kinloss and covers the portion of the municipality west of the Huron-Kinloss line. Portions east fall under the Lucknow & District Fire Department. Ripley-Huron also protects an area around the community of Bervie in the adjoining Municipality of Kincardine. As part of the same agreement, the Kincardine Fire Department covers part of Huron-Kinloss.
