An unnamed shop owner was being harassed by a Nightwatch security guard for his anti-Clark material, following the release of a video that showed Clark plotting to assassinate the president. The security guard was verbally reprimanded by Captain Sheridan and was ordered to allow the shop owner to go about his business, despite Ministry of Peace orders to silence dissent.
