Mrs. Flibbertigibbet appeared in the Mopatop's Shop episode "Bright Ideas". She came into the shop looking for an idea, it seems to her that everytime she had an idea someone else had already come up with it, like her safety pin idea. Mopatop thought that what she needed was a bright idea, unfortunately the shop had run out of bright ideas, so instead they gave her some bright things. Then a mole entered the shop and all of a sudden she came up with three ideas, based on the bright items she had gotten from the shop. The puppet was originally used as Terri Springer in Dog City.
