Trooptonne is the capital city of Flotch. It lies on 10th Reef, a dead coral reef which has ten depopulated isles on it. These isles have ruined cities on them, which are physically massive, grey, and resemble the Fields, and are adorned with the motif of the ice flower. Trooptonne has a population of about 18,000. The city pays tribute to the Lice Lords/Pyrates of the Traitor's Sea, the Flotch Tribesmen, the Grey Priests, and the Sarplanders. Trooptonne is ruled by Lord Kaano Soldier.
