Edward Miskin was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Commander, he served as the commanding officer of the destroyer HMS Galahad, part of Destroyer Division 301.1. He was killed when his ship was destroyed by Solarian League Navy missile fire during the New Tuscany Incident. (SI2)
