Heihachi's appearance has been changed ever since from the first Tekken. In both Tekken and Tekken 2, he has black hair with two spikes in each sides and being bald. In Tekken 3, he is depicted gray hair and in Tekken 4 and onwards his hair becomes white due to his age. However in the non-canonical spin-off, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Heihachi gains fully black hair along with two spikes in each sides due to the effects of the rejuvenation serum. He also has hazel eyes as opposed to other characters who had brown eyes.
