Every boot, the bountyhunter will randomly pick a region that will have that day's targets. The bountyhunter has the checking mobol to ensure you can only do the quest once. To get the targets, say "issue quest". A total of 30 qps can be earned by law abiding LS. A total of 40 qps can potentially be earned by Seanchan, Darkside and LS "inno hitting" types.
