The Order of Omega was a revivalist Eugenics movement in the 28th century. It used time travel in an attempt to reshape the timeline to a more desirable outcome. One of the founding members was Jamran Harnoth. The organization was responsible for the genetic manipulation of the Suliban Cabal in the 22nd century, as well as a group of Romulans in the 24th century.
