This technique requires only a drop of blood to use. Once Agnihem has access to his blood he can pull a single drop to the palm of his hand and shoot it at his enemy. The blood freezes as soon as it leaves his hand and punches it's way through the enemy. Once it's reached a certain distance however the drop will liquify again and become harmless.
