The USS ShirKahr was space cruiser active in the early 23rd century. (TOSS) Some time around 2240, Christopher Pike was executive officer and Pingmei Zhou captain of the ShirKahr. (TOSS #20 "[/ Transporter Room]") This ship is named after the Vulcan city ShiKahr. This spelling of the city name was used for a starship in the DS9 episode "Tears of the Prophets".
