The Prime Ambassador, also called the Prime Ambassador of the Sovereign Covenant Empire in full, is the second-in-command of the Sovereign Covenant Empire and is a rank of power only given to the Sacred Embassy rank and to San 'Shyumm. The Prime Ambassador can not make laws, but does allow them to pass up to the incumbent Hierarch and also presides over the sacred embassy. Other, more tertiary duties include maintaining laws set in place by the incumbent Hierarch and advising the Hierarch on what plan of action is best for the Covenant.
