Daddo was an old otter from the Northern Otter River Tribes (NORT). He was the father of the tribe leader Garraway Bullow, father-in-law of Bargud, and grandfather to Folgrim and Tungro. In his older years he stopped fighting and took the slower life whittling spoons for his tribe. Daddo thought that younger otters were stealing the spoons to sail like little boats, which left him whittling spoons constantly.
