The Bath House is owned by Viktor Skobel and the Thieves in Law. It's location is given to the police by Jackie Philips and Finch puts bugs inside it, which is how the police know about the arms deal between the Russians and Yardies. It is later seen when Eddie follows Yuri during the mission, Your Man with the Tattoo. Yuri stops off at this place before heading to the Borough Factory.
