Morning Office Apartments is an apartment building in Ferguson Beach Village, Clymene. The apartment building has eight floors, and is owned by a Lovian entrepreneur. Currently, all eight floors have yet to be purchased. All but one floor is solely for office use, unlike Morning Drive Apartments, which is solely for residential use. The apartments include a large office space, a great view of the sea and standard office equipment. All apartments may be purchased for €305,000, however in order to purchase the top floor, the owner must be contacted.
