The TTI-D-NLR was a Heavy Energy Weapon. Utilizing a Static Energy pack built in it can fire 2 shots before needing to recharge with the available backpack fusion power cell it could fire 15 consecutive shots. Though considered a rifle and held like one it was more of a heavy weapon and could do heavy damage to any target. The weapon was, for all intents and purposes a man portable Neutron Cannon, functioning on a similar principal. It was however many factors weaker (less than 1% in total to the weakest ship mounted version) none the less it was enough to decimate most land based targets.
