Executive Order 1034 was an executive order created by the President of the NCR in 2277, ordering all non-employed citizens and non-school adults (of age 16 or above) to be made eligible for service in the NCR military on short notice. Included in the order was a layout for the amount and type of training each drafted NCR soldier was to be given, and what they were to be armed with, all of which listed before.
