I've travelled along this road a few times - it forms part of the quiet back roads route from north Birmingham to Leicester. It starts on the humongous Ankerdrive Island in Tamworth, ducks under the railway viaduct and goes through the new estates before leaving Staffordshire and visiting Polesworth, in Warwickshire. Soon it leaves Warwickshire too, ending at the B4116 in Leicestershire.
