The Ocean Masters are working on a process to allow for governors of player controlled islands to request a tiki portal to be placed on their island. The governor will likely receive the tiki portal in their booty and be able to place it on the island. Once the tiki is placed, a developer will be able to create the link to the appropriate Yppedia portal.
