The "high explosive shell" (榴弾 Ryūdan) is an energy projectile shot from an Extraterrestrial life form. The HE shell has at least two variation: one is globules of a sticky explosive compound at high muzzle velocity, while the other is a beam able to shoot through a Powered Suit. The HE shell is powerful enough to destroy Powered Suits with single shot.
