Khan's New Party (unofficial name), Novaya Druzhina or New Companions, consists of new allies of Khan. Two different versions exist in the draft of Earth X; they have not yet been reconciled. In the first variant, a reborn Khan, arising from his grave, with all of his original companions gone, finds new companions, usually the outcasts of society. This reflects the story of Sophia, who is originally also just a manifested fragment of Ω-XIII, but starts valuing humanity and even develops feeling of love as a result of travelling with the party - which she later transfers into Omega when she is re-absorbed. The first variant was inspired by Sesshomaru's party from Inu Yasha.
