Back to the Future was redubbed into various languages for international release. The French-language version was released as Retour vers le futur on October 23, 1985. Luq Hamet provided the voice for Marty McFly, while Pierre Hatet dubbed the lines for Doc. The DVD release includes an option to listen to the soundtrack in French.
