The Shenyang J-16 is a new Chinese Su-27/33 variation, it was developed by Shenyang Aircraft Corporation as a Multirole aircraft. It was based on the J-11BS but with enhanced range and upgraded avionics, for example an AESA radar, and it is still in testing phase.
