Dr. Rumanovitch was a psychiatrist that was visited by Guy Mann. Guy referred to him as a "witch doctor". He prescribed pills for Guy to help him from transforming, but they didn't work. He believed Guy was crazy and he also believed Mulder was crazy for believing that a man could turn into a lizard monster. He prescribed the pills to Mulder, too, who refused. After Mulder left, Rumanovitch took some of the pills himself. (TXF: "Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster")
