Wrecthed Urchins are hostile level 4-5 humanoids found in the Ruins of Silvermoon in Eversong Woods. They are becoming an increasing threat to the denizens of Falconwing Square, especially for the Outrunners. These wretched are led by Thaelis the Hungerer.
