Triêu Chuanli was a Mesan seccy and resident of the Neue Rostock district of Mendel. In 1921 PD Chuanli was the "top man" of Jurgen Dusek. He arranged the test where Daniel McRae killed three men in the Rhodesian Rendezvouz. (CS2) He was killed in October 1922 PD, sacrificing himself to take out one of the Planetary Peaceforce units that tried to conquer Neue Rostock Tower. (CS3)
