Mitthl'eon'neoni (or Leonn for short) is the current leader (Aristocra) of the Chiss Ascendancy. Before Aristocra Leonn assumed leadership of the Chiss Ascendancy, the planet Csilla was ruled by a tyrant named Benad'ominic'kanuroudo (Dominicka Bekkar, Dom). "Aristocra" Dominicka was an unjust and warmongering Chiss who siezed power from the Chiss leader Lusneic Borssna. Even though there was a Chiss law that stated that the Chiss Military (Chiss Expeditionary Defence Force) may only be used for defensive purposes. Dominicka used the military to drive peaceful people away from the planet. This angered Leonn, who at the time was living elsewhere.
