Omegaxis is a fan-character made by User:ZyphyrisTheMythyris. He can access the abilities of Power-Ups without having to use one. Though he's restricted to combining the power of two Power-Ups instead of using the power of one specific Power-Up. The fire on his eye is what allows his powers to work. Normal water can't extinguish it, since it's made up of the same fire material Mario's fireballs are made of. This explains why Mario is able to throw fireballs underwater.
