The East Otago Walking-Cycling Network aims to promote the establishment and use of safe, attractive walking tracks and cycleways in East Otago. Their long-term aim is to establish a track linking the East Otago communities, running beside the railway line. Their short-term goal is planning, developing and publicising short and medium-length local tracks.
