There are three distinct components to French Cuisine: Some well-known practitioners include Michel Roux, Thomas Keller, Alain Ducasse, and quite a few others of the world's top chefs. Some famous dishes: Aka Frogs' Legs. They apparently do taste like chicken. The French don't eat them that often, it's more a touristy thing.
