Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi, also known as Irro (Somali: Cabdiraxmaan Maxamed Cabdillaahi Cirro; born 24th April 1955), is the Speaker of the House of Representatives (Lower Chamber) of Somaliland's first elected parliament. He was elected speaker on November, 2005. Prior to his election as speaker, Abdirahman Cirro was one of the founders of UCID (Justice and Welfare) party.
