Dynamic Man was originally a superhero published by Harry A Chesler in the Golden Age, but some of his stories were re-printed by I.W. Publishing with new cover art depicting a completely re-envisioned costumes that are exclusive to the covers. His enemies include Prof. Gore, former circus performers Jake and Lil, and the Little People.
