A descendant of Skorge and Forkla, Raskka was a Kantus who set up his own group of locust, and called himself their Emperor. Raskka wasn't as strong as Skorge, wasn't as fast as Forkla, but was definetly more intelligent. He left the locust army at the age of 22, starting his own group of fighters named Chaos Blood. He then assisted the locust army in battles by flanking the enemy. Raskka wore a spiked belt along with leather gloves. He had a crossbow which shot arrows with mini chainsaws on the ends. Raskka was last seen heading towards a Gears base. Dead or Alive? Noone knows
