The Cell Graffiti appears in Silent Hill: Homecoming which is found in prison cell in the Shepherd's Glen Police Station. The graffiti appears to be about Alex Shepherd. It must be read in order to trigger the cutscene with Deputy James Wheeler, after which, Alex is released from the cell.
