The Kingdom of Vretha, also known as the Vrethan empire, was an early monarchy founded on the planet of Vretha around 27,000 BBY, when the planet's natives overthrew the Rakata occupational administration. The revolutionary leader, Igor, unified the world's regions (dominated by various tribes and other factions in the power vacuum left by the collapse of the Infinite Empire's authority on the planet), in the Vrethan Civil War. Igor of Vretha, as he became known, established the kingdom. His descendants continued leading it and, using Rakatan technology at first, began exporting nearby systems, having wars with peoples that did not submit to them. This began the Vrethans' colonial empire, which spanned several sectors at it's height.
