The Yōkage (陽影, Literally meaning: Yang Shadow) is the leader and most powerful of Tokugakure. There have been two official Yōkage. They are mostly skilled in Yang techniques and have even been called the Givers of Life (勢いの与え主, Ikioi no Ataenushi) because of their vitalizing abilities.
