A small band of ten people, formed by Norn2000, who opposed AntiNorn and his controversial ways. The group was formed after the fall of ERFN. Joseph Fowler was not an official member of the group but gave much advice and guidance to the UR leader Norn2000. It was established in late 1999 and disbanded in late 2000 with half the members left and a discouraged leader.
