The Tokuiten was created as a failed attempt to recreate the Deva Paths Chibaku Tensei. The user forms a solid black sphere in the palm of there hand. This orb is actually the event horizon of a singularity (micro black hole) forced into creation, and sustained by the users chakra. This "black hole" is not strong enough to pull anything in from a distance, however, anything making contact with the event horizon is instantly compressed into the singularity at its center. Because of this it is constantly drawing in air, causing constant winds in its direction. The Tokuiten is usually thrust into an opponent causing their whole body to be compressed instantly.
