Officer Price, along with colleague Officer Kirkby, called round at Home Farm in February 2004 to inform Scott Windsor that sixteen tyres on Tate Trash wagons had been slashed at the Tates Yard. Scott was convinced members of the Dingle family were behind the vandalism. They police officers got called away when they received a messaged that one of the Tate wagons had been run off the road. The driver of the truck, Carl King, gave a description that resembled the Dingle's van so Officer Price and Officer Kirkby visited Wishing Well Cottage. There they found the Dingle van without the wheels and learned Zak Dingle had an rock solid alibi so the police officers could do nothing about it.
