Harm faces a battle on his hands when his recently found half-brother, Sergei Zhukov is accused of committing murder and treason, forcing Harm to defend Sergei in a court-martial led by a group of corrupt Russian military with Harm, Mac and Sergei all later working together to stop an assassination attempt against Russian President Vladmir Putin.
