Lieutenant Junior Grade Donna Belding was a Starfleet officer in the late 24th century. In late 2375, USS Baldwin captain Patrick Ingrum recruited Donna as his tactical officer, which she accepted. In addition to her duties at tactical, she had served as a Bridge Officer (USS Baldwin: "Boats to Build") and helped out in astrometrics and sickbay.
