Waist has open neck in front, high outline at back, perforated for deep V-shaped outline in back with attached circular ruffle. Set-in puff sleeves and two circular ruffles are provided; either may be used. Six-piece circular skirt (the front and back extending at sides) attached to waist under a removable crushed belt or sash. Skirt is perforated to be made 8 inches shorter. Width at lower edge of skirt (full length), size 16, about 2 ¾ yard.
