The Imperial Holding Faciliy was a prison facility that was located on the upper levels of Camp Conquest, a military base built into a crater in the Gorinth Canyon on the planet Balmorra. Run by the Sith Empire, it held civilians captured under executive order 228, but was destroyed by Zenith after the Barsen'thor rescued the prisoners.
