Lost Horizon was a fantasy film released in the year 1937 based on the 1933 novel of the same name by James Hilton. It starred Ronald Colman. It was one of the favorite films of Lynn Dickinson, a 20th century resident of Hayden, South Carolina and a great admirer of Colman's work. (TOS - Crucible novel: Provenance of Shadows)
