Arsonists are similar the Beaker-Throwing Lab Assistants in behavior, throwing a projectile at Crash. However unlike the aforementioned assistants, the projectile lands onto a scorch mark and creates a small wall of fire that can be jumped over if your careful or have the Double Jump power up. They can be disposed of easily by the use of the Fruit Bazooka, which makes speed running through levels much easier if you can shoot them before they throw their cocktail. They can also be spun although that is a risky tactic to use on most of them, due to the chasm between them and the path.
